Company's history:
Leveraging off our breadth of Management & Leadership experience in Entrepreneurship and Multi-national Corporate work, we, the founders of 516 Leadership, came together in 2023 to start this Leadership Development consultancy to take companies and individuals to their next level of Leadership Influence.
Vision:
To equip and empower every person to take their Leadership Influence onto the next level.
Mission:
To provide Leadership development training and consultancy services for individuals and companies to impact and do good deeds in their communities of influence.
Company Name:
516 is named after a verse in the Bible (Matthew 5:16 “In the same way, let your light shine before men that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven”) which became the vision for this company to equip and empower every person to take their Leadership Influence onto the next level!
Our Logo:
The 516 Leadership logo is a visual expression of our heart for leadership:
Embracing and Lifting Others – It represents one person embracing and lifting another to a higher level of leadership, reflecting our belief that true leadership is about empowering others to rise.
The Circle of Growth – The circular shape signifies that leadership is a continuous journey of growth and learning. It also symbolizes completeness, reminding us that leadership development is holistic and ongoing.
Celebrating Leadership in Orange – The vibrant orange color represents energy, joy, and the celebration of leadership. It reflects our belief that leadership is not a burden but a privilege to be embraced with enthusiasm.
Shine to Glorify – The words “shine to glorify” anchor our logo and embody our mission: to let our light shine before others, so that through our good works, people may be inspired, and God may be glorified (Matthew 5:16).
Our logo is more than a symbol—it is a daily reminder of our calling to raise leaders who will influence with excellence, integrity, and purpose.
