Coach Kok Ping Lim
Managing Partner | 516 Leadership
Kok Ping Lim serves as the Managing Partner of 516 Leadership, providing strategic direction and spiritual leadership to advance the organization’s mission of developing values-centered leaders for the marketplace. With extensive experience as a former Regional Director overseeing Asia Consulting Business and Premier Support services, he brings deep operational insight, cross-cultural leadership expertise, and a strong commitment to excellence.
Kok Ping is the author of “Carrying His Presence”, a thought leadership work that affirms the biblical conviction that faith and work are inseparable. His vision is to see leaders live out Christ-centered values in everyday business environments and to establish faith-driven workplace communities that positively influence organizations, industries, and society at large. Through his leadership, Kok Ping champions servant leadership, spiritual integrity, and the intentional development of leaders who influence both the marketplace and the Kingdom of God.
Personal Note: Kok Ping enjoys swimming with whale sharks in Oslob, Cebu, with his family and values time spent building meaningful relationships both at home and in the marketplace.
Bishop Jonaver Paulino Luklukan
Management Team Member | 516 Leadership Philippines
Bishop Jonaver P. Luklukan is a respected spiritual leader, educator, and missionary with over two decades of pastoral and organizational leadership experience. He has served as a pastor since 2002 and has spent 27 years as a school administrator, demonstrating excellence in governance, leadership development, and institutional management. He is the Founder and Overseer of Family of Believers Christian Church Philippines, a growing network of daughter churches across the nation, and remains actively engaged as an evangelist and missionary in advancing the Gospel locally and globally.
A Master of Divinity graduate of Andrew Theological Seminary, Bishop Luklukan brings theological depth, pastoral wisdom, and servant leadership to the Management Team of 516 Leadership Philippines. As an evangelist and missionary, he remains actively engaged in spreading the Gospel and strengthening churches locally and globally. He is also known as a Papuri Singer ( The Music Arm of Far East Broadcasting Company in the Philippines ), using music as a platform for worship and evangelism. He is also one of the regular Hosts of Papuri program over local am radio 702 DZAS
Personal Note: He enjoys singing especially during karaoke and finds joy in worship, music, voice techinique worshops and meaningful Coffee fellowship.
REV. ERENE P. PASTOR
Regional Coordinator | 516 Leadership
Rev. Erene P. Pastor serves as Regional Coordinator of 516 Leadership, bringing over twenty years of experience in leadership development, discipleship, and organizational oversight. He also serves as District Superintendent of the Mindanao East District Church of the Nazarene, providing spiritual leadership and strategic direction for church growth and mission initiatives.
Guided by Matthew 5:16, Rev. Pastor is passionate about developing servant leaders who reflect Christ’s character in both ministry and the marketplace. He oversees regional leadership training initiatives and supports churches and organizations in implementing DISC-based leadership tools, Leadership 101 for Young Professionals, and customized growth tracks that promote personal transformation and Kingdom impact.
Personal Note: Rev. Pastor enjoys traveling across Mindanao and the Visayas to encourage leaders, discover local food, and mentor young pastors. He treasures time with his wife, Vivian, and their children, Mark Adrian and Irish Faith.
LUCY YZABELLE L. LUKLUKAN

Lucy Yzabelle L. Luklukan represents the next generation of faith-driven leaders within 516 Leadership Philippines. With nearly five years of experience as a church youth leader and worship leader, she brings a strong foundation in servant leadership, discipleship, and team engagement rooted in biblical values.
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Lucy combines discipline, integrity, and attention to detail with a heart for people and purpose. As a Sales Associate of 516 Leadership Philippines, she supports the organization’s mission by building relationships, engaging partners, and helping individuals and organizations access leadership development tools that empower them to lead with character and influence in the marketplace.Lucy is passionate about using her gifts to reflect Christ’s light through excellence, worship, and service—believing that leadership is not defined by position, but by faithfulness and impact.

He leads the creation, design, and management of digital content that communicates the organization’s mission of developing values-based, servant leaders. His work includes content strategy, visual branding, video production, and audience engagement across multiple digital platforms, using creative storytelling to bring vision and purpose to life online.
