Coach Lim Kok Ping

About the trainer

Kok Ping is a certified John Maxwell Leadership Trainer, DISC behavioural consultant, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

He brings over 20 years of corporate leadership experience from Microsoft, where he served as Regional Director, overseeing Order‑to‑Cash Operations for the Microsoft Consulting business across Asia. In this role, he led complex regional operations, worked with cross‑cultural teams, and partnered closely with senior stakeholders throughout the region.

Beyond the corporate world, Kok Ping is the President of International Christian Mission (Singapore), a non‑profit organization dedicated to advancing God’s mission across 12 countries in Asia. Through this work, he is actively involved in leadership development and mission initiatives that create sustainable impact in diverse communities.
